Service Ownership & Accountability, and Operational Excellence

  • Full accountability for end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services in MOE (e.g., SOC, vulnerability management, incident response, etc).
  • Own service performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary operational escalation point

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Proactively identify service risks (capacity, tooling gaps, analyst capability, threat exposure).
  • Review risk register with mitigation plans.
  • Ensure controls and processes align with contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Understand the vulnerability posture and remediation status.

Client Relationship & Governance

  • Establish structured governance cadence
  • Present security metrics in business terms (risk impact, trend analysis, improvement roadmap).
  • Manage expectations and ensure no surprises.
  • Drive client and internal stakeholders confidence.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

  • Understand account revenue, cost drivers, and margin
  • Manage scope control and change requests
  • Identify service improvement opportunities
  • Ensure delivery within contracted scope

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate across SOC analysts, IR teams, engineering, and GRC
  • Escalate resource or skill gaps early
  • Promote a security-first, accountable culture
  • Ensure clear ownership during crisis situations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or service delivery
  • 3+ years in a service delivery or client-facing leadership role
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Security Operations (SOC)
    • Incident response & threat management
    • Vulnerability management
    • Risk & compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
  • Due to project sensitivity, we can only consider Singapore Citizen
Preferred Certifications/Experiences

  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • CISA
  • ITIL Foundation / Expert
  • Experience working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs)
  • Knowledge of cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, government)
  • Exposure to governance frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001
