Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, deploy and support the Kubernetes deployment and configuration of enterprise applications at client sites or remotely
- Ensure all components of the solution (software, infrastructure, network) are installed, tested, and operational according to client requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to plan and execute delivery activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and network issues during and post-deployment
- Maintain detailed documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and client environments
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients on application usage and best practices
- Monitor application performance and ensure post-deployment stability and client satisfaction
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the delivered applications
- Identify and work with developers to resolve Level 3 issues with developers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client experience
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards during delivery and support
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3- 5 years experience doing L2 and L3 support, to be able to troubleshoot root cause and follow through to resolve them
- Development experience Full stack developer with Golang experience
- Experience delivering project and managing customer
- L2/L3 Support experience
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in software applications, infrastructure, and networks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Able to manage multiple project and willing to travel for on-site deployments
