- NITEC or higher qualification related to Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in IT support are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Basic troubleshooting of software and application issues.
- Familiarity with basic IT technology, and user support tools.
- Knowledge of basic networking, operating system, and virtualization.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with users effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities and being proactive.
