Job Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Service Crew member, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that every customer enjoys their experience at Waffle Aunty. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking Orders: Greet customers warmly and accurately take their orders.
- Making Orders: Prepare and bake waffles to perfection, ensuring each order meets our high standards.
- Fulfilling Delivery Platform Orders: Efficiently manage and prepare orders for delivery platforms.
- Cashiering Duties: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the register.
- Basic Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas of the establishment are tidy.
- Preparation and Filling of Toppings: Prepare, stock, and refill a variety of delicious toppings to ensure a smooth operation.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Food Safety Certification: Must possess a valid Food Safety Hygiene Certification.
