Job Summary
You will serve customers by taking orders and handling payments, prepare food following quality and hygiene standards, manage inventory through stock checks and ordering, and maintain cleanliness by opening and closing the shop daily.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments efficiently to ensure smooth transactions
- Interact with customers to provide friendly and helpful service
- Prepare food items by strictly following quality and hygiene standards to ensure safety and consistency
- Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
- Perform cleaning and upkeep tasks during shop opening and closing to maintain a clean and safe environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic conversational English to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle pork and beef items safely and comfortably
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage (F&B) service to enhance customer interaction and operational efficiency
