Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and seat guests warmly, introduce menu items, and take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Table Service: Serve food and drinks promptly, clear plates, refill water, and reset tables for incoming diners.

• Cashiering: Handle counter payments (cash, cards, digital payments) and reconcile simple daily bills.

• Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining hall, condiment counter, and service stations.

• Team Communication: Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen team to ensure fast order fulfillment and handle guest requests effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B front-of-house service is preferred, but candidates with no experience and a willing-to-learn attitude are welcome to apply.

• Friendly, responsible, and proactive with good customer service awareness.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to restaurant operational shifts.

• Good team player with clear communication skills.
