Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a warm, polite, and professional manner.
• Take and process orders accurately provide menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
• Restock service items such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.
• Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements:
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
. Preferable with min. 1 year experience, and with a valid food hygiene certificate. Training will be provided.
