Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and service job scheduling
- Monitoring service progress
- Communicating with service technician
- Liaising with customer and provide good customer service and attend to their enquiries
- Provide support to the Service/After Sales Department
- Involve with ERP pertaining to Service Department issue
- Monitoring attendance records of service technician
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Education
- Excellent time-management with consistent follow-up skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with contacts
- Basic spare parts knowledge preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable with ERP experience
- Engineering-base education/training (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is an advantage.
- Having the ambition, and dedicated attitude to be in the profession
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
