Customer service coordinator (Order processing)

Basic information:

• 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri): 9am - 6pm
• Buona Vista

Job scope:

• Process orders, transactions, and related documentation efficiently.
• Resolve issues and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service improvement.
• Conduct proactive outreach to strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Risk, Global Offices, Finance, Accounts, Quotation, etc.) to identify potential risks and ensure smooth execution.
• Anticipate and resolve delivery-related issues before they escalate.
• Follow company SOPs to maintain operational consistency and compliance.

Job requirement:

• Candidates with experience in FMCG sectors will be advantageous
