Working Location: East Coast
Working Hours: 5.5 days, 44 hours per week
Monthly Salary: Up to S$3,200 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Assist in staff training and maintaining service standards.
- Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest flow efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in Italian or casual dining concepts.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
