Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Listen and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle
- Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs
Service Consultation and Coordination
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process
- Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction
- To act according to the principles of the core processes of After Sales
- Monitoring the progress on the repairs/service and keep customer updated of the status on the repairs of their car
- Provide quotations for repair of customer's car including body/paint repair jobs
Administration
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
- Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessary
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantage
- Obtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving License
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communications abilities
