- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and coordinating solutions with internal teams or partners
- Maintain and update service records and work orders accurately in the system
- Coordinate with vendors and partners on service requests, returns, or maintenance needs
- Schedule and plan resources for maintenance and service activities
- Keep clear records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support service processes, including documentation and reporting
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and proactive support
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Min 1 year experience in related field
- Proficient in NAV system is an advantage
- Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $3500
