To support our continuous growth plans, we are looking for an energetic and committed individual to manage the administrative functions. This position will report directly to General Manager
Responsibilities
- To handle monthly scheduling for service department
- To liaise with customers on all service related matter
- To ensure all required documents are submitted promptly
- To work closely with service team on daily submitted service work report and ensure all service report are correctly send out
- To assist general administrative support to the service department and sales department
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Microsoft Office skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Problem solver with ability to multi-task
- Work well with people and a team player
- Diploma in any discipline
