Role Summary
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing SEO strategy and execution for 3-4 clients. You will work closely with clients, content writers, and the internal marketing team to deliver real results - increased visibility, traffic, and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies per client
- Perform keyword research and content planning
- Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, headings, internal linking, images, etc.
- Monitor and fix technical SEO issues (page speed, indexing, mobile optimization)
- Collaborate with writers to develop SEO-optimized content
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversions
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Generate monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
- Maintain regular communication with clients (monthly calls, emails, updates)
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or client-side)
- Proven track record of improving rankings and generating leads
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic HTML/CSS or CMS familiarity (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple client accounts
