Managing the design of the utilities diversion route, supporting structure and other required structure.
Study and determine the existing utilities be in charge of site utilities diversion work
Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works
Identify and resolve system failures and perform and oversee preventative maintenance
Direct project groups and/or technicians, providing activities and guidance on process, design, and construction
Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency and energy material usage
Manage utility construction projects, developing project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets
Effectively oversee and supervise utility site work, ensuring strict adherence to requirements
Application of AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D software to study, design and plan utility clashes with NSC tunnel work activities
Familiar with different utility agency requirements for any utility-related works, such as diversion, utility support designs and attaining clearances for activities in the utility setback distance
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision / project coordination or projects of similar scale and complexity
A registered earthwork supervisor with EMA/SPPG will be an advantage
Experience in Dry & Wet utilities & LTA experience preferred
