Biomedical Engineer

Location: East, near Mattar MRT
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: $3,200 - $3,500

We are a leading distribution company specializing in medical and laboratory equipment, providing on-site support and maintenance services for hospitals.

Job Summary:
The Biomedical Engineer will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair medical and laboratory equipment in hospitals. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to develop practical skills and experience in healthcare equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on medical and laboratory equipment.
• Respond to service calls and repair equipment on-site at hospitals.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Report to the Assistant Technical Manager.
• Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and compliant with hospital standards.
• Travel to different hospital locations using a company-provided car.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Entry level applicants with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on, proactive, and interested in practical engineering work.
• Good communication skills to liaise with hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel to different hospital sites.
• Motivated to grow and develop skills within the company.
