Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Architect, you will engage in all stages of project development from design to completion, ensuring compliance with client and authority requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models and produce 2D CAD drawings to support architectural project design and documentation
- Prepare detailed drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities to secure approvals
- Resolve site issues by collaborating effectively with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress
- Conduct research and gather data to inform project design and planning decisions
- Perform space planning and interior design aligned with client needs and regulatory standards
- Utilize 2D and 3D CAD software such as ArchiCad, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Twinmotion to create accurate design representations
- Manage time efficiently and plan work schedules to meet project deadlines and milestones
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Architecture from Singapore Polytechnic
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
