Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare C & S drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.
- Develop and manage BIM Models, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to produce accurate design drawings and resolve any issues.
- Prepare drawing submittal and manage project drawing lists.
- Examine and check drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the design, drawing production, submission processes, and project documentation.
- Maintain and adhere to office/project filing systems and ensure compliance.
- Support project managers and the wider team in BIM-related duties and coordination tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural background preferred), BIM or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years drafting experience in Singapore, preferably in civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge in MicroStation, Revit, and other BIM software will be an advantage.
- Familiar in the structural/civil discipline.
- Knowledge of industry standards will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team.
- Singaporean/SPR only.
