Preparation and production of building mechanical & electrical services tender and authority submission drawings.
Maintain and improving of office drafting standards, standard symbols and libraries, legend, etc
Assist Engineers in design works.
Monitoring and tracking of project drawing production schedule and schedule dates.
Requirements:
Recognised ITC/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Services from reputable ITE/Polytechnic with relevant experience in the building industry
Conversant with Singapore building services Codes, Regulations and requirements is compulsory.
Conversant with international codes would be an advantage.
Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and Autocad softwares.
Conversant with Revit software will be an advantage.
