Your Role as a Zenika Consultant – Senior UI/UX Designer
You Will Partner With Enterprises To Design Digital Products And Services That Make a Meaningful Impact. You'll Work Closely With Product Managers, Engineers, And Business Stakeholders To
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights and validate design decisions
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- Design service journeys, information architectures, and interaction flows that put the user first
- Champion design thinking and human-centered design within multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure consistency by applying and evolving design systems and style guides
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, systems thinking, and user-centered solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Axure and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Proven experience in user research, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, 2D/3D Visualisation, Agile methods, and facilitation of workshops
