Responsibilities:
End-to-End Product Design:
- Own feature/journey scopes such as PLP filters/sort, PDP information hierarchy, Checkout micro-flows, and App onboarding
- Produce flows, wireframes, high-fidelity brand-aligned UI, prototypes, and redlines/specifications
- Apply brand identity, visual direction, and UI craftsmanship consistently across markets
- Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify feasibility, scope, and technical considerations
Research & Evidence-Led Decisions:
- Plan and conduct usability tests and interviews; run heuristic evaluations; analyze Amplitude/GA4 insights with CRO/Analytics
- Combine UCD principles with qualitative and quantitative insights to shape design decisions
- Turn insights into prioritized changes and testable hypotheses
Experimentation & Iteration:
- Execute design A/B variants with well-defined hypotheses, guardrails, and expected outcomes
- Iterate quickly based on results to increase win rate and learning velocity
- Reduce cycle time from brief → variant → launch
Design System Contribution:
- Build and extend components, patterns, and interaction guidelines; document states, usage logic, and accessibility notes
- Ensure consistency across channels and markets; advocate for proper adoption
Governance & Business Rhythm:
- Participate in weekly UX standups, design reviews, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems, guidelines, and UX standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience and Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/Product Design with shipped Web and/or App experiences; strong ECommerce or transactional product background
- Demonstrated success improving conversion, retention, or UX KPIs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving, research, and design impact
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, prototyping), usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and mobile interaction patterns
- Experience with Amplitude/GA4 analytics and search/discovery UX (facets, autocomplete, zero-result logic)
- Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals (hypotheses, MDE, guardrails, SRM)
- Solid foundation in UCD principles, IA, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility
- Ability to apply brand identity and design language consistently across journeys
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Experience or strong interest in fashion / retail ECommerce
- Systems thinker with high attention to detail; rigorous and iterative
