About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. You'll lead design projects from research and concept development through prototyping, testing, and delivery-working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder presentations.
- Champion accessibility, responsive design, and user-centred design practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design feedback.
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
- Experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
