Job Summary
AAT Training Hub seeks experienced trainers to deliver Forklift and MEWP (Boom Lift / Scissor Lift) training for adult learners in public and corporate settings, following WSQ and MOM standards. Flexible full-time and freelance roles available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical Forklift and MEWP training sessions for adult learners
- Deliver training aligned with WSQ framework and MOM regulatory requirements
- Maintain training quality by applying safety protocols and compliance standards during sessions
- Support and administer assessments and practical evaluations to validate learner competence
- Prepare and manage accurate training documentation, attendance logs, and assessment records
Required competencies and certifications
- ACTA / ACLP certification (mandatory)
- Valid Forklift and/or MEWP (Boom Lift / Scissor Lift) certification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience with adult learners
- Familiarity with WSQ framework and regulatory training requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience conducting WSQ courses
- Ability to teach both Forklift and MEWP courses
- Experience delivering corporate or in-house training
- Ability to conduct training in Mandarin (advantage supports communication with Mandarin-speaking learners)
