about the job
- Handle LC for fertilisers shipment via sea freight/ocean vessels, barges, train/truck shipments
- Handle incoterms, purchase and sales contracts
- Arrange cargo supervision, discharge ports
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Prepare document for physical purchases and sales
- Vessel nomination
- Laytime calculations at load port/disport, follow up freight invoice bookings/payments
- Arrange freight and cargo insurance
about the manager/team

skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of commodity trade execution experience
- Experience in LC, cargo documentations, bills of lading, charter part terms, laytime calculations, incoterms
- Basic understanding of invoices, cost distribution
- MS Office
- Team player, self-motivated
