Job Description

Responsibilities:

Continuously optimize and improve the state, operation, safety and reliability of production equipment, ensure product quality and site safety, and improve production efficiency

Comply with GMP/EHS requirements to ensure that they are well implemented.
Perform repair and maintenance of workshop equipment, ensure the reliability of operation and timely maintenance, ensure the normal operation of the plant and production, ensure product quality and factory safety.
Assist the production to prepare the project before production and clean the equipment, carry out the implementation and follow-up of the project technical improvement.
Assist in workshop equipment related deviation investigation, take action to correct the problem, take preventive action to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
Implement the regulations of the safety department on hot fire, climbing, sinking and other special operations to ensure the safety of construction and work.
Review, register and file the relevant documents to ensure the timely, accurate and complete records.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering
Min 5 years of working experience in CRDMO industry.
Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
Positive and energetic, with good behavioral habits, able to influence surrounding employees positively, and capable of cooperating well with others to complete work tasks.
Comprehensive skills, proficient in operating all types of equipment in the area, able to handle emergencies according to established procedures and drills, and report to the supervisor.
