Equipment Technician

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize and improve the condition, operability, safety, and reliability of production equipment to ensure product quality and site safety, and enhance production efficiency.
• Comply with company GMP/EHS requirements and ensure their effective implementation.
• Carry out repair and maintenance of workshop equipment to guarantee operational reliability and timely maintenance, ensuring normal plant and production operations, product quality, and site safety.
• Assist production with pre-project preparations and equipment cleaning; execute and track project technical modifications.
• Support deviation investigations related to workshop equipment, implement corrective actions, and take preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
• Execute safety department regulations for special operations such as hot work, working at height, and confined space entry to ensure construction and work safety.
• Complete corresponding document registration and filing, ensuring records are timely, accurate, and complete.
• Perform assigned tasks relevant to the role and authorized duties.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Associate degree or above, or junior high school diploma with at least 3 years of work experience. Major in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
