Senior Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Carry out design coordination with project consultants and subcontractors for shop drawing preparation.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and technical documents for Consultants approval in line with baseline programme.
• Ensure that the technical team comply with the code of practice and regulations as well as contract requirements including B-score
• Provide technical support to construction team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including consultants.
• Oversee the progress of the shop drawing work and technical Submission.
• Highlight any delays including causes to technical manager timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Min 10 years relevant experience from an engineering and design background in either in a contractor or consultant firm
• Can demonstrate good leadership qualities and people management capabilities
• Good understanding of procurement, engineering and construction activities
• Good written and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills to stakeholders
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work location will be based at the project site office in Loyang.
