About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect / Project Manager to design, deliver, and optimize our global digital workspace ecosystem. This role combines architectural design, technical leadership, and project delivery to drive efficiency, security, and automation across the enterprise.
You will collaborate directly with the Group CIO's office and IT leadership team to execute key workspace modernization initiatives - enabling a secure, scalable, and intelligent employee experience across multiple geographies.
It is a senior, project-driven technical position responsible for architecting, executing, and owning automation and digital transformation projects end-to-end. This position will also require work on the service desk too and maintain a pace on the technical tickets on-going.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks for enterprise workspace technologies.
- Design integrations across identity, endpoint, collaboration, and security platforms (Okta, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Google Workspace, Slack, Trend Micro Vision One).
- Define automation blueprints, diagrams, and API integration standards.
- Evaluate and propose modern technologies (AI Ops, workflow orchestration, CI/CD, SASE) to enhance automation and resilience.
Project Delivery & Technical Management
- Lead technical implementation of workspace automation projects aligned with IT strategy.
- Manage full project lifecycles - from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Operations to align automation outcomes with business objectives.
- Track project milestones, risks, and KPIs while ensuring timely delivery.
Automation Engineering
- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or GitHub Actions.
- Implement workflow automations within Jira Service Management and Workspace ONE.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code initiatives and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ensure all automations follow enterprise security and compliance policies.
Security, Compliance & Resilience
- Embed security by design principles across all workspace automation projects.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity and GRC teams to ensure alignment with GDPR, PDPA, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Automate compliance checks, endpoint hardening, and incident response actions.
Leadership & Knowledge Enablement
- Mentor and support junior engineers in automation best practices and architecture principles.
- Document and standardize automation workflows, scripts, and design templates.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill technical teams and improve cross-department adoption of automation.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years in workspace automation, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience with PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting languages.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or ServiceNow automation workflows.
- Experience with Okta / Identity Lifecycle Management, Omnissa Workspace ONE, and Google Workspace.
- Strong grasp of endpoint management, networking fundamentals, and IAM.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, API-based automation, AWS, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with Linux and Windows systems.
Project Management
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT or automation projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Soft Skills

- Fluent in English Portuguese or French is an advantage.
