Reporting to the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tax compliance and advisory tasks. A key part of your role involves preparing, reviewing, and validating transfer pricing documentation, such as the Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting, ensuring all documents are accurate and consistent with the Group's policies and financial data. You will work closely with internal teams like accounting and treasury, as well as external tax agents, to ensure timely and accurate tax filings. Additionally, you'll assist with Singapore Corporate Income Tax compliance and withholding tax filings. The role also involves responding to queries from tax authorities and consultants, and providing support on ad-hoc projects such as cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions. You will also be tasked with preparing the Singapore Related Party Transaction Form.
