Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment.
Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortages.
Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
Attend to customers requests/complaints (where necessary).
Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt
Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage
Must be able to perform 12 hour rotating shift works
