Our client is an Government Link Corporation . Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior Talent Management Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the organisation's Talent Management Strategy aligned with business and social mission.
- Develop and implement high-potential programmes and robust succession plans for critical roles
- Establish KPIs, accountability frameworks, and workforce planning to mitigate talent risks.
- Partner HR to develop and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for key talent segments.
- Build strategic partnerships with external talent partners, government agencies, and industry bodies.
- Support leadership in assessing talent needs for new initiatives, service innovation, and transformation projects.
- Provide talent consulting to senior leaders on organisation design, capability building, and leadership readiness.
- Oversee vendors, funding initiatives, and budget management for talent programmes.
- Lead and develop the Talent Management team while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and data privacy requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 710 years HR experience in Talent Management/OD/HR Strategy with HiPo and succession planning exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management, confident with C-suite; experienced in leading programmes and vendors.
- Strategic and hands-on, with clarity and agility in fast-paced environments.
