We are pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing, design-led client in their search for a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (circa. up to $84k annual base) to buttress their recruitment function. In this role, you will lead the recruitment strategy for Corporate Functions and Customer Experience, focusing on sourcing high-caliber talent and building long-term pipelines across and beyond Singapore. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Corporate (Finance, HR, Legal) and Customer Experience (CX) functions
- Spearhead long-term pipeline building and talent mapping projects to support international growth
- Source mid-to-senior candidates via a strategic mix of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networking
- Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency
- Act as a talent advisor to senior hiring managers, coordinating interviews and providing market benchmarking
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the brand as an employer of choice in the retail-tech space
- Maintain data integrity within the ATS and ensure a premium candidate experience at every touchpoint
Requirements
- Proven Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience; backgrounds from both in-house and agency environments are highly welcomed
- Experience or a strong interest in hiring for Corporate functions and high-growth Customer Experience teams
- Ability to balance urgent business-as-usual hiring with long-term strategic talent projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate a fast-paced HQ environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing channels
- Regional recruitment experience covering Asia-Pacific or international markets is a significant advantage
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive organizational information
