Job purpose

The Talent Acquisition Senior / Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting core employee lifecycle processes, including employment contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding.

This role works closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure timely, compliant, and effective talent acquisition while supporting broader HR operations as required in a growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and candidate follow-up.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize recruitment channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus hiring where applicable.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements, assessments, and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related employment documentation in accordance with company policies and local labour regulations.
  • Coordinate internal approvals for employment documents and ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation collection, system access coordination, orientation arrangements, and first-day readiness.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes including resignation acceptance, exit procedures, clearance checklists, system access termination, and final documentation.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
  • Support other HR operational duties as assigned, including HR administration, reporting, audits, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organisational initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing or lean organisation.
  • Hands-on experience in employment contract preparation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidates with experience in both in-house recruitment and headhunter firms / recruitment agencies will be an added advantage.
