Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems.
Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, preferably with knowledge of communications technologies.
Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering on Windows Server platforms, including Microsoft System Center suite.

1-3 years experience in the IT industry, specifically in Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix system implementation, project management, and operations & support (O&S).
Good communication and writing skills.
Experience in project management, handling technical challenges, liaising with users and vendors, defining business requirements, and delivering technical solutions.
