Job Summary
Support and maintain Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix systems, handle patching, troubleshooting, compliance tasks, service requests, and vendor coordination. Requires a degree in IT or related field and 1-3 years of relevant infrastructure experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, patch, and support Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity
- Execute day-to-day service and change requests to support operational IT needs
- Assist in implementing compliance and regulatory requirements to uphold organizational standards
- Manage IT equipment inventory and coordinate secure disposal processes to maintain asset control
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to plan and execute deployments and system refreshes efficiently
- Document technical procedures and communicate effectively with stakeholders to support transparency and knowledge sharing
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working in Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix environments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server, Nutanix AHV, Citrix Virtual Desktop, and Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat) operating systems
- Familiarity with System Centre, BeyondTrust, RSA, Splunk, SolarWinds, Tenable, Veeam, and Ansible tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills to facilitate clear technical reporting and collaboration
