Key Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and support Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies.
- Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and security across Windows servers and services.
- Administer core services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments and related services.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure cloud services and hosted workloads.
- Administer and support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), including provisioning and maintenance of virtual machines.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows server applications such as IIS, SQL Server, and Exchange Server.
- Perform routine patching, updates, and system upgrades to ensure stability and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support enterprise IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows-related incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined SLAs, ensuring proper documentation and root cause analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in administering Windows-based systems and enterprise infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM).
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2019 and above).
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (IaaS and/or PaaS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration and services.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
- Experience with monitoring tools and system management solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) or equivalent are advantageous.
