Job Description
- Project Execution: Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain on-premise, cloud, or hybrid IT/OT systems and network infrastructure (e.g., core networks).
- Security & Compliance: Implement security controls, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and system hardening to meet security policies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers on design approvals, project progress, and problem-solving.
- Process Improvement & Reporting: Develop and update infrastructure procedures to enhance efficiency, providing regular project status reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments
- Good technical knowledge in system / network diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in
- Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment
- Virtualisation and Hypervisors
- Network Monitoring (e.g. Solarwinds products)
- Data backup (e.g. Veeam)
- SEPM
- SAN storage
- 2FA
- Vulnerability Assessment (e.g. Nessus)
- Identify and Access Management
- Knowledge in firewall and network switches/routers
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional customer-facing skills
- Strong vendor management skills with experience in dealing with third-party-provided services, vendors, OEM and principals
