Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Engagement: Conduct engaging and safe swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage all administrative aspects of the centre, including student registrations, bookings, and record maintenance.
- Certification Management: Oversee the certification processes for students, ensuring all requirements are met and documented accurately.
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a professional and friendly attitude, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area and centre, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operations and Coordination: Coordinate student schedules, manage bookings, and ensure smooth operations of all daily activities at the centre.
