Job Description
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting junior staff supervision to promote quality patient outcomes in a compassionate healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver nursing care tailored to meet individual patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments and clinical conditions to support continuity of care
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses and ancillary staff to enhance team performance and patient care quality
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to foster positive relationships and coordinated care
- Perform shift duties reliably to ensure continuous nursing coverage and patient support
Required competencies and certifications
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 3 years of ward experience as a Senior Staff Nurse
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience supervising junior nurses
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with people at all levels
