They are now on the hunt to look for a Senior Specialist, Human Resources to drive their HR strategies and oversee the generalist HR functions for manufacturing and commercial teams.
About The Job
Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, employee engagement and project management.
As the Senior Specialist, Human Resources, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including on/off-boarding, people development, as well as talent retention and engagement.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer management and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and screen candidates to present qualified pipelines to various department heads.
- Liaise with various organizations and educational institutions to hold recruitment drives and career roadshows.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances, ensuring a smooth resolution to HR related issues
- Foster a positive workplace culture by facilitating engagement activities for employees across the organization.
- Spearhead HR projects, adapting to evolving organizational needs and geographical requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports to support HR and business decisions.
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree-qualified, with at least 5 years of experience as a HR generalist in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the manufacturing/logistics industry would be an advantage
- In-depth acumen of local and regional manpower legislations
- Good project management skills
- Hands-on and possesses a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
