Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards

• Manage kitchen prep, inventory, and ordering

• Lead and guide the kitchen team during service

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Assist in menu development and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant kitchen experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, disciplined, and hands-on

• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
