Senior Solutions Engineer

Lead design and development of enterprise applications using Java (Spring, Spring Boot).

Architect and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server and Oracle.

Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Manage end-to-end SDLC ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infra, and business stakeholders.

Strong expertise in Java 8+, microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and CI/CD.

5-7 years experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
