About the role
The Solutions Engineer will plan, execute, and deliver complex software projects. This role involves
coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects are
delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering SaaS solutions.
This role is based in Singapore where you'll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to
grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact
and shape our global sales organization.
How you'll contribute
- Lead the implementation for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery
- process.
- Work closely with customers to gather requirements, analyze their business processes, and configure the platform to fit their needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the deployment process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to ensure the solution is delivered effectively and on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation or post-launch phase.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, both internally and for clients, to ensure end-users are empowered to use the platform effectively.
- Work with the product team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the platform based on client needs and technical challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation of the implementation process, configurations, and any customizations.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value or upsell.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on software development and delivery.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex SaaS projects.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
