Required Skills & Experience:
- Should have 8+ years of professional experience in software development with 1-2 years of Lead experience.
- Strong hands on experience in Python and Django framework.
- Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Proficient with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
- Experience mentoring and leading small teams or acting as a technical lead.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
