Senior Solutions Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our team in designing, implementing, and delivering mission-critical web and mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with clients, architects, developers, DevOps, and project teams to translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with client and internal stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Work with Solution Architects on cloud architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and integrations.
• Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
• Analyze technical dependencies, risks, and impacts of requested changes.
• Support solution design, technical documentation, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Manage and prioritize the project's technical track and provide clear project updates.
• Support the full software development lifecycle and stay open to new technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Software Development, Technical Analysis, System Analysis, Solution Design, or similar technical roles.
• Prior hands-on coding experience and strong understanding of software development.
• Experience with the full software/product development lifecycle, preferably Agile.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with clients or technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to guide and mentor others.

Nice To Have

• Cloud or Project Management certifications.
• Product development or IT consulting experience.
• Knowledge of database design, cloud architecture, CI/CD, APIs, or system integrations.
