About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Lead, Casework to oversee and guide our casework team in delivering quality interventions and support to female residents with trauma backgrounds. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for social service and a deep commitment to achieving the best outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review casefiles, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct case supervision and chair monthly Healing Hands Case Conferences.
• Collaborate with MSF and external stakeholders to coordinate case management and interventions.
• Manage admission referrals, discharges, extensions of stay, and ECRM-related matters.
• Oversee CANS administration, including user accounts, assessments, and liaison with the CANS team.
• Mentor and support junior Caseworkers, and supervise interns (art therapy, counselling, social work).
• Vet and approve case reports (e.g., RC4 reports, IRs) and applications for Tier 2 funding.
• Collate monthly and quarterly statistics, ensuring all resident records and spreadsheets are updated.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification a background in Psychology, Social Work, or related studies will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in casework or social services.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
