Responsibilities

. Facilitate regular case discussions with social workers and provide supervision on case management.

. Lead case progress reviews and drive case movement through regular team meetings.

. Oversee and assess the effectiveness of case management, support programmes and activities provided to families.

. Ensure social workers submit accurate case information and that all reports are completed on time.

. Participate in or lead roadshows and community outreach events as required.
