Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in casework practices within the Community Interventions Division, ensuring quality service delivery. Collaborate with leadership and corporate teams to create sustainable pathways for staff development. Oversee casework management, focusing on ethical and client-centered practices. Offer guidance in crisis situations, prioritizing staff well-being and shared decision-making. Facilitate collaborations across departments to enhance rehabilitation outcomes. Build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies for holistic support. Promote staff professional development through effective supervision and reflective practices. Monitor program outcomes and align them with divisional and organizational goals for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work, with a minimum of 5 years of direct social work experience. Proven managerial and organizational leadership experience within social services. Strong understanding of social work interventions, social policies, and community-based practices. Familiarity with clinical supervision frameworks and supervisory skills. Knowledge of community resources and government systems. Commitment to ethical practice and alignment with organizational values. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster trust with staff and stakeholders.
