Job Purpose:
To coordinate and manage security operations across APAC region, ensuring compliance with OAI regulations, service standards, and client requirements.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites.
Monitor manpower deployment and attendance.
Arrange relief coverage and emergency replacements.
Maintain updated duty rosters and deployment schedules.
Compliance & Documentation
In the future, maintain security documentation when security team is in place (duty rosters, incident logs, training records).
Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed at all sites.
Assist in audits, inspections and compliance checks.
Track licence expiry and training requirements.
Incident & Escalation Management
Receive and coordinate response to security incidents.
Support site supervisors during major incidents.
Prepare consolidated incident and investigation reports.
Escalate critical issues to Regional Security Manager / Head of Security.
Client & Internal Liaison
Liaise with clients on operational matters and service performance.
Attend coordination meetings when required.
Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
Communicate instructions clearly to internal stakeholders.
Training & Performance Support
Assist in onboarding and induction of new team members.
Support training, drills and exercises.
Monitor staff performance and discipline issues.
Recommend improvements to manpower deployment and procedures.
Administration & Systems
Maintain databases for manpower, licensing and incidents.
Prepare monthly reports and statistics.
Use security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management systems) where applicable.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in security operations or coordination role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Computer literate (Excel, Word, incident reporting systems).
Able to be on-call when required.
