Job Description

Job Purpose:
To coordinate and manage security operations across APAC region, ensuring compliance with OAI regulations, service standards, and client requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites.

  • Monitor manpower deployment and attendance.

  • Arrange relief coverage and emergency replacements.

  • Maintain updated duty rosters and deployment schedules.

Compliance & Documentation

  • In the future, maintain security documentation when security team is in place (duty rosters, incident logs, training records).

  • Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed at all sites.

  • Assist in audits, inspections and compliance checks.

  • Track licence expiry and training requirements.

Incident & Escalation Management

  • Receive and coordinate response to security incidents.

  • Support site supervisors during major incidents.

  • Prepare consolidated incident and investigation reports.

  • Escalate critical issues to Regional Security Manager / Head of Security.

Client & Internal Liaison

  • Liaise with clients on operational matters and service performance.

  • Attend coordination meetings when required.

  • Handle feedback and complaints professionally.

  • Communicate instructions clearly to internal stakeholders.

Training & Performance Support

  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new team members.

  • Support training, drills and exercises.

  • Monitor staff performance and discipline issues.

  • Recommend improvements to manpower deployment and procedures.

Administration & Systems

  • Maintain databases for manpower, licensing and incidents.

  • Prepare monthly reports and statistics.

  • Use security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management systems) where applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in security operations or coordination role.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, incident reporting systems).

  • Able to be on-call when required.
